All prices are per room and night and include breakfast, service and
VAT.
· Seven
smoking rooms are available, all other rooms are non-smoking rooms.!
· Dogs
are welcome. We charge 12 per night without food and, if necessary,
25 for final cleaning. We designate certain rooms to clients with
dogs. Please book well ahead of your arrival. Dogs are not allowed
in the restaurant.
· For
an additional bed we charge 42 including breakfast.
· Almost
all our services are also available as gift voucher.
· On
Easter, Whitsun, Christmas, New Year's Eve and further dates not all
arrangements are bookable.
· The
rooms are ready for you at 3pm of your arrival day and need to be
cleared until 11am of your departure day.
· Half
board is available starting from 22, for children under 12
starting from 11.
· Children:
Children under 12 stay free of charge in the room of two adults
paying full price. We will provide an additional bed. No more than
two children and two adults can be accommodated in certain rooms.

Our Rules for Cancellation:

Individual
travellers: As a rule, we allow cancellations free of charge
until 12am the day before arrival. Please cancel writing to us. Late
cancellations, no shows or early departures cause a fee - 80% of the
offered price - if we cannot rent the room to other clients.

Arrangements:
You can cancel reservations free of charge until 14 days before
arrival. Please cancel writing to us. Late cancellations, no shows
or early departures cause a fee - 70% of the offered price.
Particular conditions of cancellation for groups can be
obtained from the annex to contracts of accomodation.
